for offering, as an engineer, to do about 30-60 minutes of instruction in common best practices for conducting interviews of engineering job candidates. My motivation was just to share what I know and help us all get better educated. Lady was all defensive of her turf and I was told to strictly stay in my lane, because I'm just a dumb engineer.
