…Fouss had some good games in that role. You could tell he had worked on executing in the PNR when defenses were switching on ball exchanges. He got really good doing post pins to take advantage of the mismatch and get easy buckets scoring over smaller guards. He made it a really effective 1-2 punch with him and Khalifa each bringing something different to the 5 role. He even started to develop a little court vision and show off some passing in that role (learned obviously from AK).
The one thing he didn’t do out there that I had hoped to see from him was picking and popping from 3. I think getting some off-season work in with NBA coaches like KY and who ever he plans to bring with him from the NBA will help Fouss develop some more in this role.
