Getting sued, need advice
Got a summons in the mail saying that State Farm is suing me for complaint for subrogation recovery between $17,000 and $35,000 dollars. From what I can understand, it is saying I gave permission to drive my vehicle to some name I have never heard of and in a place I have not been to. It doesn't give any information about the vehicle. The only thing I can think of is I bought a car from Toyota and traded in a vehicle for it. Maybe that car was resold and somehow my ownership followed it.
It says I have one month to send in a legal reply or could have my wages garnished.

It is either a mistaken identity or phony business

Any thoughts what I should do?
