The idea is to limit your roster to 8-9 players so that you focus your time (and money) on those that will actually play. There should be less roster turnover. Then you bring in "graduate assistants" from recently retired professionals to give your guys better competition in practice. This may not happen, but it is an innovative idea worth discussing.
