When they brought the steaks out, both were well done. I took two bites of an $90 piece of charcoal. I don’t know how people can eat steak like that. The lady next to me was very happy, saying how she hates “seeing blood” on her plate.
(If it was on my dime, I would have sent it back. But I actually wasn’t all that hungry after all the appetizers, and used it as an excuse to eat a dessert. So I just didn’t touch it and never said anything about it. )
