Surgery was on Monday and pain was manageable up until the last 2 days. Now it’s hard to even get up.

This might be one of the first times I actually keep up on pain meds as often as the prescription dictates.

Whole back of my leg is a giant bruise. Putting any weight on it feels extremely painful. When I first stand up the pain radiates from the top of the cut, down thru the knee, to the end of the cut.

I am sure the block and meds from the hospital made the first couple days easy, but man has it changed. How long should I anticipate the pain being this bad?
