I suckered on joining Cougconnect, thinking they were legitimate. After joining, I have heard nothing from them, except they automatically charge my credit card account $107 each month. I went on their website to find out how to contact them. There is zero info there; no phone #, email address, chat link, nada. I went to my cc account and found the merchant telephone number listed. I called it and a recording said it is no longer in service. I had my cc company block any future payments.

From my experience I think this organization is a fraud. BYU doesn't endorse them and there is no accounting for where the money goes. I'm just posting this as a warning to others to be cautious and suspicious before dealing with this outfit.
