It seems to me our recruiting strategy goes something like this: Ryan to KY: Pick 10 guys from the Portal you most want
We'll then vet them & find the top 2-3 best "BYU fits." (Keeping in mind position-parity & what-not.)
And then I'll spend through the nose to land those 2 to 3 players for you.
And if that don't work we'll do the same for the Euro-Juniors.
