Guy from my ward in Eagle Mountain won the gold medal in the discus in the 2024 Para Athletics World Championships in Kobe, Japan a couple of days ago. He won the gold medal in the paraOlympics in Rio a few years ago. He's doing great for closing in on 50 (he's 48).
