He then went to school and swapped it with all the toilet paper in the men's restrooms.

Apparently, he was walking around the school with a duffle bag during the first period as he hid all the TP in the weld shop.

The custodians stopped him and asked what he was doing and he just told them to not worry about it.

He was happy to hear that some kids were stranded for 20 minutes.

I think the custodians were fine because they got free duct tape.
