My dad lost 115 lbs on it a few years back and hasn’t gained back more than about 10. He modified lifestyle but the semaglutide is what did the majority of the work. It was a wonder drug, still is. Not sure why people want it to not work- it has the potential to massively decrease medical costs and improve lives.
