Lived in Texas for almost 20 years now. I have been on dozens of campouts with
Boy Scout troops (and my family).

So, anyway, I went out to a ranch this last weekend and cleared out some trees that were blown over during recent storms. I’ve done a lot of previous work out there and walk away with great firewood. This was on Friday. Last night I noticed red bumps all over my lower legs and I am pretty sure I have officially experienced a chigger attack. It’s not even as extensive as I’ve heard some others’ have experienced, but it still is really painful. Didn’t get much sleep last night. Any chigger stories out there that might help me feel better about my situation?(or maybe worse?)🤪
