So you just need "Office" space and nothing else..
no warehouse, etc?
I'm seeing typically $14-22 per sq ft Full Service (I know pretty wide range) with the higher end of the range in the downtown periphery or the other upscale office developments throughout the valley.
Typical NNN leases range from about $10-15 per sq ft.
