if not spectacular. ILB's aren't given a lot of complex tasks in Bronco's system and I think a year of starter's reps will speed the game up for him and his natural athleticism will then seem him being effective. I think he will be outstanding against the run, on those occasions when he has to drop into coverage he might not be stellar...that's what really separates the great from the good linebackers. Pikula in coverage I'll need to see for a game or two. But in base, run stopping defense I think he'll do just fine.
