Agreed, they didn't pressure much - on average their base 4, which we did a great job of blocking. Nothing worse than a team bringing 4 and getting pressure on the QB. That's when you know you're in trouble.
That didn't happen at all on Friday, which is why I think people are optimistic about the O Line, myself included, again, recognizing we're talking UConn here.
I'm not a football coach, and I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but to me, with a QB like Taysom, I'm not sure what good pressure does you. I'd send 3 or 4 every time and leave a spy in the middle. All bringing pressure us is create gaps for him downfield.
