If people want to say UCONN was committed to taking away the deep ball, say that. Saying they were dropping 8 every play is a different thing entirely. They didn't. And spinning it retroactively doesn't change matters. The bottom line, combblai destroyed a myth. That's a good thing. Accuracy is never a bad thing, especially since its so rare on a message board. Combblai didn't just pull a meme out of his butt, he reported factual data. That deserves the POTD's he is receiving. Quibbling over it is kind of silly. His facts speak for themselves.
