just FYI...if i buy a product and it doesn't work as promised, i either (a) take
it back demanding a refund and i move on to another product or (b) i exchange the broken product for one that works.

BOTH solutions involving replacing the defective product. and in EVERY case the company responsible for the defaulted product would happily replace it for me...and i don't want to go all legal on you here but if a product is made so poorly they could suffer liability on it as well.

if a company fails to take any of these precautions or do any of these things outlined they would go out of business. i wonder what BYU football's "business" will decide to do now that they are putting a crappy "product" on the field...
