open deep all the time when Stewart was QB (granted it took 4 games before he could connect the pass but it was there.) Heck, it turned out we had open guys all over the place MOST of the time when Stewart was QB. Why? Did the receivers suddenly learn how to run better routes or become faster? It is more likely that Stewart was able to read the field better than Hill did.
I'm hoping that he has progressed better and his injury has forced him to learn to read the defense/routes better than before, or it's going to be another season with awesome Taysom highlight runs and lots of frustration with our receivers "never getting open."
