RE: Spring Game Observation: Taysom runs because he has to. He doesn't see
My observation from last year was that our receivers were never open when Taysom was QB. I believe it was because they knew they were not going to get the ball. It was amazing to me that someone was always open for Christian, and it was also amazing to me that the line blocked better because they knew where Christian would be. This is only important if we want a passing offense of course. Many like the Taysom Hill offense, and I'm glad for you, and it was exciting at times. I personally enjoyed the passing offense we had with Christian. I know the teams he played were not as good, and it took a few games to get him in the groove. but it was more like our old offense. It has really been discouraging lately to see that everyone we play has a better passing offense than we do now. When we are one dimensional like we were against teams like USU, they pretty much know how to defend us.
