people who underestimate what that's done to the stability of our program have NO idea. When Crowton fell from grace our program was close to done. Bronco did more than resurrect it--he gave it ethical underpinnings like it had never had before. And it's paying huge dividends right now.
The trickle of problems with the HC has been a small miracle of an accomplishment, IMO. It took some overly white & LDS recruiting classes to establish the culture, but once it took, Bronco has done pretty good, IMO, with integrating the athletes from outside our core.
And he'll keep getting better. And perhaps most importantly, it's something that should stick even after he's gone.
