good players need good coaches and even good coaches need good players. Part of good coaching is finding the good players and getting them to play for you.
My only beef is in you minimizing Jimmer. Without him, Rose wouldn't have any round of 64 (and therefore no round of 32) wins. Jimmer was one of the rare players for BYU who didn't shrink on the big stage. KC is another, but his skill set is simply different from Jimmer's and he hasn't been able to pretty much provide ALL the scoring on a big stage like Jimmer could. Hopefully there's a scorer this year who won't shrink on the big stage and can compliment KC's skill set. If we've got that, we should hopefully finally get some more tourney wins this year. (no, I don't count play-in games as true tourney games).
