is determined by dollar donated. The points ate calculated by a number of factors including dollars donated, tickets purchased, stadium donor tickets purchased, etc.

That's what I understood, too. Points only determine priority WITHIN a level.

As I donate more money I earn points and as I buy seats in sec 34 I earn points. As I reach the next legacy level
