Unless you've accrued a ton of points from many years worth of season tickets.
I've been ordering tickets for 4 years now and am a silver level CC member and those sections you listed are typically gone at least a week before it's my turn. If you have been ordering season tickets for 25 years plus, you might be able to select seats there if you are a silver or gold level. I have a cousin who has been ordering season tickets for 30 years, just barely ponied up to CC last year and is only bronze level, and he just barely selected yesterday.
