Who knows? There's momentum shifts all the time w programs. USC before Carroll
had been in decline for some time--& they're in a kinda precarious position right now--could go either way for them in the next ten years.
If they continue to stumble various teams will pick up their scraps. We win a couple big recruiting wars for Cali Poly recruits & things could turn for us surprisingly fast.
