I believe Domo is guilty of armed robbery. I believe this because I believe he was part of a small ring of people that robbed people through KSL ads, for which there is video evidence (which you've referenced). I did not see the video, but I'll take your word that it's obvious that it's not domo. That's fine, I believe he took his turn doing the robbing, he just didn't get caught on video.
Why do I believe he was part of this ring? It was his number in the KSL ad. It's pretty tough to rob someone if you don't know when to meet them or where, therefore he had to know about it and be relaying information. Even more, he had possession of the stolen phones.
Now, is there enough evidence to convict him of that? Nope, no prosecutor would bring such a case without someone to testify against him. Since they didn't catch the perp they couldn't find someone to do so as they had no leverage. Even if they had caught the perp from the video, he likely wouldn't have testified against his buddy.
