Definitely do it. Depending on how many carbs you eat
You might go through a little adjustment period again like you did when you first started (89 pounds ago!!!! Awesome!).

If you run or swim or anything like that, I suggest going for a longer workout tomorrow night. When I did keto I found that if I did eat some carbs, a longish run afterwards usually burned it right off pretty quickly and I was back in ketosis.
