Reid needed to go. His personality sucked, mostly due to his jealousy of
the fat guy on the hill. As I recall most if not all of the players signed a petition to have him fired.
What they did wrong is let it out to the news before talking to him. I believe he learned of his firing from news reports

He had earned the right to try and fix it. Losing Bradley hurt us. Roger would have solved the problem.
