It shows our coaches can evaluate talent well, and can recruit enough to get them committted. Unfortunately the season didn’t go as hoped, some things snowballed for the worse, and high profile recruits have gone elsewhere.

So our coaches are good enough to evaluate and sign a great class, just not good enough to hold onto them through an all time low season while programs like Alabama and UW are poaching them. All things considered I like our coaches ability to recruit. And I like their confidence to recruit big targets to BYU.
