And just given the seeds that the Big 12 came in with... opportunity for so much more. MWC teams losing isn't a huge shock given their low seeds, but it hurts that none of Kansas, Baylor, Texas Tech, or BYU made it further (TCU losing in Round 1 is unfortunate, but they were going up aganst the #1 overall seed anyway if they won).
B1G also hasn't gotten a lot through, but I feel (at first galnce without doing more work on it) that they also didn't have as good a path as the Big 12 teams did - as far as seeding goes. Might do some analysis on this based on average performance from each seed
