That's relatively disappointing for XII & MWC, really impressive for the ACC and Big East. And horrendous for the SEC
Conference Initial Teams Sweet 16 Teams Percentage
ACC 5 4 80%
Big East 3 3 100%
Big 12 9 3 33%
B1G 6 2 33%
SEC 9 2 22%
MWC 6 1 17%
WCC 2 1 50%

All conferences are 2024 versions

And just given the seeds that the Big 12 came in with... opportunity for so much more.  MWC teams losing isn't a huge shock given their low seeds, but it hurts that none of Kansas, Baylor, Texas Tech, or BYU made it further (TCU losing in Round 1 is unfortunate, but they were going up aganst the #1 overall seed anyway if they won).

B1G also hasn't gotten a lot through, but I feel (at first galnce without doing more work on it) that they also didn't have as good a path as the Big 12 teams did - as far as seeding goes.  Might do some analysis on this based on average performance from each seed
