I believe that the most important thing to senior capstone students is visibility and feedback from industry professionals.

Since I came into teaching the capstone course midway, I didn't have the luxury to get it established like I would prefer from the get go. However, I was able to connect around 25% of my students with tech companies here in Utah county. Two projects worked directly with Adobe and because they signed NDA's I wasn't involved in the grading process.

So, yeah I'm less worried about the grade (which will be automated in future classes), and more worried about the bigger picture which is getting them higher visibility and learning to network from real companies and real potential employers before they graduate.
