I don’t have first hand experience with graduates from UVU, just from years of seeing developers get caught up in their efforts to constrain their jobs to do the minimum to ship product without thinking about how users are going to actually use it.

Whichever school/bootcamp figures out how to use AI as a sidecar developer for QA is going to have a huge advantage.
