I did Aulani on Oahu last year for that long
We did the dole plantation and Pearl Harbor but mostly just hung out at the resort. Had a great time but got tired of their restaurants.

Dole plantation is not necessary imo. Like others said, Visit Honolulu and Waikiki, don't stay there.
