I may be mistaken, but I believe he had ongoing shoulder injuries as well.

Frankly, there is probably a fine line between Riley's grit/mental toughness and stupidity. Whatever it is, Riley will pay for it for the rest of his life. More power to him, I guess.

When kids are legitimately injured, they shouldn't be "playing through it."
