From my first accounting job - went in, thinking I knew all there was about
Lotus 1-2-3, but ended up deleting a bunch of data that the owner's wife had been maintaining for about a decade or so. To this day I still believe that I actually saved the data to a separate location, but could never find it.
I was fired my third day on the job.
