is at Harmon's. they do freeze the dough, but it's much better than anything else i've found. I've found it difficult to bake the dough long enough to make the dough crispy without burning the cheese, so what i do is put a thin layer of cheese on and bake it for 12 minutes, then take it out and put another layer of cheese on and bake it for another 12 minutes.
I just get storebought red sauce...maybe i should look into getting sauce from a pizzeria
