Love making it home made. My favorite pizza place of all time, is one little shop in Mission Viejo California called BIG 0 TO GO.

My Second Favorite is The PIE in SLC.
Ok Back to the HomeMade Pizza's. What are your secrets to making a great Pepperoni pizza?
This is what I like to do ( I have not mastered the sauce yet, I am continually trying different Red Sauces, even going to pizza restarants and buying some of their sauce for my homemade pizza. I like The PIE's Sauce and Brick Oven. Somtimes I will use Boboli Sauce.
In Florida, I found the best Pizza dough to be sold in the popular supermarket Publix. They had fresh dough daily, never frozen. Put it in a big Bowl cover with a light kitchen towel let it rise. After some hours, Roll it out, Spread the sauce on. For those of you that have pizza Ovens.. LUCKIES. I try the next best thing. I put alot of cheese and have a 30-35% Jack Cheese Mix with 50% Mozzerall.Parmessan, Romano and a small bit of Cheddar (white) Then after I have created my PIE, I put on the grill , Nice grill Marks, Yummy Pizza. What are your best techniques. This is mostly for a 1-2 topping pizza. Not neccesarily a chicken pot pie salad pizza with white sauce .(Although feel free, if you think it is a really good recipe)
