Entering Freshman Charles West I think his name is: allegedly Assaults an "escort" at knifepoint scholarship offer remains extended. Kai Nacua assaults guy with his back turned who is being restrained so far no punishment. Dude (I forget his name) steals some girls athletic gear: didn't he get kicked out of school?
Like I said I've got no problem enforcing the honor code. Kicking guys out of school or off the team for theft, alcohol and sex are appropriate at BYU since players have the HC too. But assaulting an "escort"? That's gotta get your scholarship offer revoked too then right? Or at least suspended until it gets sorted out legally. I'm not claiming to be an expert on what BYU should do, but to me some of the decisions don't make sense. Bizarro.
