To be fair, there should definitely be a lot more NFL caliber

players at the QB position in the future. Hall was a perfect college QB but didn't necessarily have what was needed for the next level. Doesn't mean other guys will reach it but the combination of smarts and their body and their arms, etc will have more potential to get to the next level.
