It's as much for player development of the youngsters as it is for actual bowl
game prep.

When Bronco first took the job, he made a point to mention how important it was to get to a bowl game so he has extra time with the team to develop the younger talent. He now seems to feel the exact opposite.

I guess the talent development process is now so streamlined within the system that bowl practices aren't needed - much like how fall camps are way too long. His September record speaks for itself, I guess. The flywheel is in motion and nothing needs to be done to improve things.
