We'd just lost a close game to UTEP 63-66 to knock us out of the tourney. As I was leaving, walking up the aisle between the BYU section and the Wyoming section, holding my future wife's hand in my right hand, this drunken Wyoming fan leans over to my left half screaming, half sptting 'BYU sucks'. I don't know what happened inside but I just popped him in the nose with a straight left. He fell backwards into his buddies with his eyes wide open in disbelief, and we just continued up the aisle without breaking stride. Fortunately, my future wife never saw a thing.
