My Achilles heel is always the skills or the resources needed to hire the skills so I can develop the idea. Scope creep is a big problem for me so before too long ideas have a way of becoming too big for me. I would focus on either 1) a passion of yours or 2) finding a problem that needs to be solved, then figuring out the best means of delivering that.
