Wait - don't most of the detractors state that Bronoco doesn't use enough of his practice time? That players and coaches do too little work during the week? Doesn't that make up for toll that these "3 extra" games will have on average players?

Come on Harmon! If BYU was the only team playing the hurry up then maybe some of these detractor's comments would be something more to consider but there are likely 2 dozen teams attempting some variation now. Once they apply the same analysis to them and "prove" that they all performed worse at the end of the year then maybe it is highlights more to explore.

I don't doubt that some of what he stated can be "proven" on the surface but we're also talking about a first year in the system with a team likely not recruited for nor conditioned to handle all aspects as desired. Add in coaches having to learn and grow with rotations, play calls, etc so using the first year as a case study would forever be considered incomplete.
