I've never really lived in a wealthy ward where most of the moves happening were for people who really could afford it. In my entire adult life I've either lived in student wards or wards with lots of graduate students, so the moves were for families with little capital. Perhaps if I had lots of experiences with more financially capable families I may feel differently, but I'd hope not.
