2 JC transfers, 1 transfer up, 2 transfers down
I especially like the JC and UTEP players, but honestly the others show limitations.
Allotting scholarships is hard and it is better to have a good player 4 years compared to 1.
I guess it is better to try and get more players in the system instead of just giving unused schollies to walk-ons.
