...we typically will have a handful of players capable of starting on most teams we play but there's a huge separation between the rest of our starting group and the backups and those same players at BCS schools. Bringing in those guys even just for a year helps build our 2 deep and raises the quality of it.

The Yutz have noticed this in thier time with the Pac12. They may have a handful of quality players who could start on most other teams in the Pac12 but they have no depth and it shows over the grind of the conference season.
