Helps while half of your recruits are on missions and then doesn't clog things up once they're back. And the fact that people are deciding to transfer from anywhere is cool for BYU. Shows that people are paying attention.

The change in the attitude of recruiting is awesome for BYU.... And the late transfers don't even belong in the mix. They're just bonuses added to this good change.
