If you start down this road it has to follow a profesional franchise model.
You can't overpay for players. You cut your roster ( nfl has 54 ) and you give moe $ to the top players and the others get less.
That is fine. It works. It's a proven busness model but when you get to that point you have taken oportunity from most of the players. On last years team you had van Noy, Jamal and taysom that had the $ power. You pay more for them and everyone else gets less.
