but it was stuck in a small pile of dog poo, so I left it. Saw a couple of ladies as I was coming back the same path look at it and similarly pass on picking it up. I struck up a conversation with them about the "interesting experiment" and they laughed and talked about how if they had any change with them, they might have added it to the pile. It would be interesting to see how much money could be stuck in a pile of poo before someone felt it was worth harvesting. Unfortunately, it will probably be a child with poor hand washing skills that ends up with that money (and some nasty gastrointestinal bug). There is a weird person out there sticking money in poo.
