From what I gather the BB schools left the Gof5 out to dry and gave the P5 a

division without a division. I might be wrong but they didn't even restrict the number of football scholarships for the P5, but the old rule applies to the rest of FBS including the Gof5. I hope TH was right and that he has sided with the P5 and ND on this issue. Right now it make Indy look like a huge blessing.

No. The 80 are made up of one voting member from each of the 65 P5 schools
